A passionate Marine Service Technician Apprentice at Shining Waters Marina, Joel embraced every challenge with dedication and enthusiasm, quickly earning respect in his field and among the marina’s community. His zest for life was infectious, marked by a genuine smile and a restless energy that took him skateboarding, skiing, hiking, and exploring the wilderness of Nova Scotia and beyond.
